sunday may23 2011,
I`ve caught 2 nice trout one was 12" an dthe other was 14 and half in. The smallest one had a wart like lump on his belly, looked at it,it was a small worm about 3/4in.long and 1/16 dia. It is probably a parasite infection i dont know, and the bigger one a female had a flatworm in her intestine not her stomac about 10 feet long, is this all normal or what? I was told if it is in there stomac or internal organs it`s allwrite to eat, but i`m curius about the skin worm? Please help me out to understand.I`ve been fishing for the past 20 years or so and never seen this before?

personally I wouldn't eat either of them but that's just me. Even if I knew there was no risk eating them I still wouldn't be able to get the gross parasite/worm outa my mind and I wouldn't be able to enjoy the fish.
