Great link, Noelco. Interesting reading. I have only tried fishing sturgeon once ,with a guy who has caught several. His advise was lots of night crawlers packed on the hooks. We were using the Jackfish rigs u can buy at Can Tire for about $2.50. Put a good weight on the end of the rig so the hooks remain just off the bottom. The sturgeons apparently mouth the bait a bit before chowing down, so dont set the hook at the first nibble. Good luck to everyone trying it!!!
