Sea fishing for bass in early March can be a good option depending on the location. In some areas, striped bass begins to migrate into the estuaries in late March or early April. In other areas, such as the Chesapeake Bay, striped bass can be found in the bay as early as late February. Bottom fishing for black sea bass is another option, as they can be found in nearshore waters during the spring and summer months. Additionally, anglers may also be able to find sea-run cutthroat trout in Tenmile Creek during the spring months.
