I had a friend tell me today that he and his buddies have caught 14"+ trout in the North River not too far from Monteagle, NB. Apparently he says that the draining of the headpond has caused these fish to move a lot farther upstream to escape the salt water. This is god news!

I was going to go there tonight myself but got sidetracked and went way out Pacific Junction where I came across a beautiful little stream. I caught and released about 7 brookies ranging from 7" to well over 12" in size. The videos of the stream can be seen on my youtube page at: www.youtube.com/kayakfisher63

I will try North River soon. If you go let me know how it is.

Thanks,

Robert
