I just received the Atlantic Salmon Journal.

In it David Anderson, former Minister of Fisheries, tells of his decision to cancel all killing of goho salmon on the west coast. This included sports, commercial and FIRST NATIONS.

This was 12 years ago, there was no killing and the coho came back.

Question, if he can do that on the west coast, what is our problem here.
