Hello i am looking for a guide for 1 day, that has all the equipement for fishing muskie, its something i like to try once, with my dad, i am from north of the province where there is no muskie, and secondly its way to far to drive for dayly fishing...so i want to know if there is some good fisherman ready to take us out....

I've fished with those guys, I'm pretty sure Matt could get you onto a fish, he's pretty knowledgeable but Muskie fishing is not just a 1 day ordeal. Even with the 3 day guided package you are not guaranteed a fish.

There are so many people in the Fredericton area that if you were to post on the http://muskiesnb.ca general forum, someone would take you out no problem and most of us have enough gear to do an army of fisherman.

Troutman, I'd have to agree with BobD and Ryan the EE guys are part of the MuskiesNb crowd and they've landed some monsters over the past few years. So if anybody could give you a fair shot at a trophy fish it'd be them.

The problem is that they say it's the fish of 10,000 casts,sometimes you get lucky sometimes you don't so its for people who just love to fish not just catch them.Don't get me wrong I love to catch them and they are well worth the wait and effort.

how far north are you? i've been up just past Edmunston and caught several musky in one of the lakes up there.
