i can change my fly in like 20 seconds....change fly like every 15 cast if i didnt get any raise ...i use the clich knot its easy and fast... or if fishing for bigger pigger i use the improved clinch knot...here the adress on the internet shows how to do it http://www.flyfishingjacksonhole.com/library/clinch_knot.htm
