Early spring is an exciting time for tuna fishing enthusiasts, as this is when the tuna start migrating back to the northern areas from their southern wintering grounds. The tuna are usually found in deeper waters within the warmer ocean currents that flow northwards.

As the fisherman reeled in the tuna, it became apparent that it was a large one. The tuna was so strong that it took some time to bring it to the boat. Everyone onboard worked together to land the fish safely and successfully. The catch was a beautiful and delicious bluefin tuna, weighing over 100 pounds.

You aren’t going to find them close to shore at all, and if you can find them you need a permit to fish for/keep them.
