Anybody know anyone who repairs or replaces guides on fly rods? I have a broken one that I forgot to have looked at at the end of the season last year, and going over my gear tonight I remembered. I'd like to have it ready before the Victoria day weekend.

I know of a few guys that will do this. Where you live, what type of guide and what are you willing to spend to have the repair post that info i'm sure you'll get some feed back. I had a rod that was a hand me down to a grandson ( built rod back in the 80's) to replace the guide ... ( ended up replaceing a few more due to the workmanship ) that repair was sentamental not cost worthy. Just a few things to think about also is the rod covered by warranty ?

Robert, I may be able to help you out with the guide replacement on your rod. What type of guides are they, single foot, double foot? Is it black or chrome?
