Wondering if anybody Knows how to fix a hole in a plastic colman canoe ? I have tried Bondo and melting plastic is there anything else ? Its old but my dad said i could have it so why not fix it.

you might want to try an automotive paint dealer I know the one in Moncton is called hub city auto paints I am pretty sure there is plastic welding that can be done

Type in "how to repair a coleman canoe" on Google. Lots of suggestions, Here is one of them

if its a crack or split in a coleman canoe it is really easy to repair. been there done it a few times. all that is needed is a electronics soldering tool, about 10 bucks at walmart, made by weller. run it down both sides of the crack ,blending the plastic and it will hold up like new , may not look so good the first time you do it but with very little practice you 'll get better at it.

look for a product called G-flex epoxy---its made to stick to hi density polyetylene---in freddy its at procraft paints
