it's eithjer close the waterway (they just decided not to) or intensify the electrofishing and spend a lot of money to basicly control this manualy. however no one is sure they can be stopped. thankfuly there is no pro/am fish tour for them or they would be every where by now...!!! (yes, i'm getting po'ed at the bass groups - i'm a bass fisher too, but that's no reason to destroy everething else by illegal stocking)
