    I was putting the canoe in the Hammond River at the covered bridge. I noticed a large pile of mackerel, maybe over 50 fish, in the ditch by the side of the old road. All of the heads had been cut off the mackerel. Does anyone know what is going on there? Why remove all the heads? Why waste...
