I'm supposed to go out tomorrow (snow or Shine) and wondering if any of you guys had any luck in bad weather im wondering if it affects the smelt feeding ?

No effect that I could tell. Tide seems to be key, though. Try to hit them at peak of high tide just before it starts to go down. They seem to go nuts at that time.

some places they are hitting on very different tide than normal, like close to low tide - weird.

yeah it depends on a lot of things we went 3 weeks ago caught our quota in a couple hours but it was the lunar phase tides and then I find are the best tides to be fishing for anything, but my only reason for asking is I spoke with this old guy and he said last Tuesday during the storm he caught WAY over his quota but the next day only had a dozen and it made me wonder if the weather really makes a difference...
