Just wondering if I would be able to catch some bass arundel the mouth of nashwaak this time of year?

Its a fine spot for Bass, but the water is still quite cold. A slow and low presentation (texas rigged soft plastic slowly twitched along the bottom, slow retrieve swimbait, etc) would be your best bet.

Things will heat up as things...well... heat up.

I got into a lot of bass today on west long lake after the trout refused to cooperate i had to catch something!they werent to intesrested in fast preentations..i got most my dragging a texas rigged plastic worm very slowly over the bottom...and they weere up pretty shallow..lost one monster when he hit the darn thing as it was hanging over the side of my kayak in about 3 feet of water

Caught two nice size smallies on the nashwaak tonight. My buddy got one as well.
